Effective date: November 4, 2026
This policy applies to every plugin license sold at the ASheng Store, including the Golden Pass. Refund terms depend on how you paid; see the matching section below.
1. Try before you buy
Every plugin has a free trial; trial output carries a watermark. Please make sure the plugin works on your computer before buying a license.
2. USD card orders (Paddle, not yet available)
- You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no reason required.
- How to request: go to paddle.net, find your order with the email used at purchase, and request a refund there. You can also email support@asheng.fyi and we will help you through Paddle.
- Paddle is the Merchant of Record for these orders, and refunds are paid by Paddle to the original payment method.
3. TWD and USDC orders
- TWD payments (ECPay, not yet available) and USDC payments: you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase while the license has not been activated on any Mac.
- How to request: email support@asheng.fyi with the email used for the purchase and your license key or payment transaction.
- TWD orders are refunded through ECPay to the original payment method; USDC orders are refunded in USDC to the wallet you paid from.
4. For every payment method
- If a plugin has a material defect that stops it from working and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you can request a refund even after activation.
- EU and UK buyers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
- Where the consumer protection laws of your country give you other rights, those laws apply.
- Once a refund is completed, that license (key or NFT) is deactivated.
